An intense, energetic and balanced Barbera, with a beautiful bright red color. On the nose the Barbera d’Asti Superiore DOCG refers to notes of red fruits and, with evolution, a slightly spicy hint of cocoa and coffee. Quiet dry on the palate, full-bodied, with adequate aging more harmonious, pleasant, full-bodied. Barbera is perfect with meat main courses: braised, roasted, game. For vegans, we recommend pairing with lasagna with lentil sauce.
