Edfil Weizen Beer is a Weiss-type white beer, made from malted barley and wheat, with top fermentation. With a light but cloudy color, it has an intense aroma. The taste is delicate and slightly acidic, with fresh and delicate notes that leave a pleasant and light final bitterness on the palate. Produced exclusively with raw materials at 0km, and barley grown directly on our farm, it is an unfiltered, unpasteurized beer, which is inspired by the tradition of German Weizen.
